NDB President Discusses Plans for 2017, Potential Projects and Opportunities for Cooperation at #SPIEF.
Mr. K.V.#Kamath, the President of the New Development Bank discussed the plans of the #NDB for 2017, potential projects in Russia and opportunities for cooperation during his meetings with high-ranking officials and business leaders at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017.
The President of the NDB took part in a panel session “BRICS: Boosting Economic Cooperation.” During the session, Mr. K.V.Kamath shared the plans of the NDB for 2017 and reaffirmed support that the Bank could provide for projects in all member countries of the NDB. On the same date, Mr. K.V.Kamath participated in the meeting of the President of Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Putin with members of International Advisory Board of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and CEOs of leading institutional investors. At the meeting, Mr. K.V.Kamath highlighted that the NDB is actively expanding its pipeline of projects from all member countries of the Bank, including Russia.
During the meeting with Tatarstan President Mr. Rustam Minnikhanov, the possibility of joint implementation of projects was discussed. Tatarstan, as one of the leading and industrially developed regions of Russia, is interested in developing cooperation with the NDB, Mr. Minnikhanov noted.
The potential for cooperation in the area of energy was discussed during the working meeting of Mr. K.V.Kamath with Deputy Minister of Energy of Russian Federation Mr. Anton Inyutsin.
On the sidelines of the SPIEF 2017, the NDB President had a working meeting with Mr. Leonid Mikhelson, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Novatek, the Chairman of PJSC SIBUR’s Board of Directors.
On the same date, Mr. K.V.Kamath the NDB President had a working meeting with Gazprombank’s senior management, including Mr. Andrey Akimov, the Chairman of the Management Board.

23 мая 2017 года в Москве состоялось годовое общее собрание Финансово-банковского совета (ФБС) СНГ
В собрании принял участие Председатель Исполнительного комитета – Исполнительный секретарь СНГ Сергей Лебедев.
Перед собравшимися выступили генеральный директор ФБС СНГ Павел Нефидов, председатель Координационного совета ФБС СНГ Анатолий Казаков, другие участники совета. Входящие в состав ФБС СНГ представители финансово-банковского сектора экономики стран Содружества обменялись мнениями об итогах деятельности организации за минувший год, наметили основные направлениях дальнейшего развития интеграционного взаимодействия в текущем году.
Был также обсужден ряд организационных вопросов.

Federation, is planning to hold an International financial & banking
forum of the CIS countries and Europe “Prague Business Meetings” on June 22-25,
2017 in Prague (Czech Republic), dedicated to interaction of financial,
banking and business institutions of the Commonwealth states and European

To participate in the Forum, heads of national (central) banks and stock
exchanges, representatives of financial authorities, banking unions and
associations as well as executives of innovation and investment companies of
the Commonwealth and European Union have been invited.
A business program of the Forum proposes discussion of export finance,
financial arrangements for trade and investment transactions, and search of new
formats of interaction among financial markets of the CIS member states and
European Union as well as presentation of perspective projects, which may have
integration and cross-border impact. and attraction of investments in economies
of the Commonwealth countries.
The Forum participants will have an opportunity to study experience of
such problems solving in the European Union and international financial
centers.

Евразийский Деловой Совет примет участие во II Международном финансово-банковском Форуме государств ‒ участников СНГ «Минские деловые встречи»
Финансово-банковский
совет СНГ совместно с ОАО «АСБ Беларусбанк» при поддержке Правительства
Республики Беларусь, Исполнительного комитета СНГ, Ассоциации белорусских
банков и ПАО «Банк ВТБ» с
27 по 28 октября планируют проведение II Международного
финансово-банковского Форума государств ‒ участников СНГ «Минские деловые
встречи» (г. Минск, Республика Беларусь), посвященного
взаимодействию финансово-банковских структур стран Содружества.
В
эти же дни в г.Минске будет проходить заседание Совета глав правительств СНГ.
Для
участия в работе Форума приглашено руководство правительств, национальных
(центральных) банков и бирж, представители финансовых ведомств, банковских
объединений и ассоциаций, а также главы крупнейших коммерческих банков,
